Online portfolio's are a godsend. I like sites like model mayhem etc places for people to showcase their talents and also look for freelance work.
I stumbled across this the other day and the first 3 months are free so it's worth a check for any other hair/make up artists looking to get their work shown, search for jobs and courses as well as having some good career advice.
