I have neither of those. My hair is lank, fine and damaged from terrible glued in hair extensions, constant heat and consistent colouring.
I was desperate for an intensive conditioner and something that would fix my hair an quick.
I only came across this by chance as we sell it in the shop I work. It's under £2.00 and I thought trying it can't hurt.
It did the trick. If you're suffering from horrendously dry hair I would seriously consider trying this. It's quite heavy no other serums and oils should be used after if you have fine hair like me but it most definitely rehydrated my locks.
I use it as a treatment no more than once a week and pop it on towel dried hair for about 10-15 minutes.
It's yellow, very yellow but don't let it put you off. That's probably the cholesterol. It's filled with Vitamin E. It's definitely worth a try!
It retails at Sally's as well as shops that specialise in Afro hair and hair extensions/wig shops normally stock it.
